All of our firearms are offered with a non-firing, non-disassembly inspection period. We want you satisfied with every purchase that you make from us. We make every attempt to describe all items accurately. Please feel free to contact us with any questions that you may have regarding our items. More pictures are available upon request if more specific views are needed on a certain item.

Purchase price will be refunded if necessary if/when an item is returned in the exact same condition as originally shipped if misdescribed.

All firearms are visually checked and "dry-operated" by us for function. Any and all firearms should be safety checked by a qualified gunsmith before attempting to fire. Purchaser assumes any and all liability on items purchased from Fox River Sporting.

Items will be shipped in accordance with any and all local & federal laws. Firearms manufactured post-1898 must be shipped to a current FFL holder.
